| 6. Phase 1 Construction | The initial phase of construction will focus on building the Aquatics Centre and developing outdoor spaces, laying the foundation for the precinct’s innovative facilities. This will also enable the current PEC to remain in use. |

Phase 2 Construction | The second phase will complete the project by constructing the Indoor Sports Centre, completion of the underground car park and the remaining facilities, bringing the full vision of the precinct to life with state-of-the-art amenities. The new Aquatics Centre will be operational whilst the Indoor Sports Centre is being constructed. |
